If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 14 working days to return an item from the date you received it.

The Contact Lens Co. will only accept Return if the Product is defective or incorrect.

Change of mind is not applicable for Return.

Product returned will be sent back to the Supplier to be checked for the defect mentioned by Customer and will be subjected to Exchange or Refund if found to be defective by the Supplier.

If a wrong Product was received by Customer, kindly Return all the incorrect Product in their original packaging and in good condition/box unopened. Only upon receiving back the incorrect Product from Customer, then we will send out the correct Product to customer as soon as possible.

Customer will be advised on the next step once The Contact Lens Co. personnel have assessed the reason for the Return of Product.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment channel's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
